Simon Potts
Adult Services Director
I started working with Adults with learning disabilities and autism by volunteering at a local Gateway club at the age of 14. As soon as i left school, I began my carerr as a Support Worker in a local authority day centre. Nearly 30 years later I am still proud to continue a career in this sector.
I’ve worked in local authorities, charities and in the private sector and held various roles in each of them. By far the best role I have had, was as a Support Worker.
People who know me well say I'm, passionate, positive and enthusiastic. I love to chat and like spending time with people.
