Daniel Lawrence

Headteacher

With over 25 years in education and now in my third headship, I am proud to lead Doucecroft School at an important point in its journey. What matters most to me is that every child feels safe, understood and able to succeed.

The school is on a clear path of improvement, and I am leading the changes needed to strengthen our provision and ensure that every pupil receives a consistent, high-quality education. I recognise that change can bring uncertainty, and my focus is on getting this right for every child and building a school that families can have real confidence in.

I am proud to lead Doucecroft and am fully committed to ensuring the school continues to grow and provides the very best possible experience for every pupil and their family.
